In 1996, he founded "Secure Security & Investigations (Pvt) Ltd," a pioneering venture swiftly gaining recognition and trust in the private security industry. Under his astute leadership, Secure Security has witnessed remarkable growth and success, solidifying its position as a leading provider of comprehensive security solutions.

Maj (Rtd) Gen Neil Dias is a distinguished individual with a remarkable background in National Security. Trained rigorously at the prestigious Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, UK, he possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. With an exceptional career spanning decades, Maj (Rtd) Gen Neil Dias served in the national Army, ultimately attaining the position of Chief of Staff of the Sri Lankan Military.

His unwavering commitment and leadership greatly contributed to the success and operational efficiency of the Sri Lankan Army until his retirement in 2004. In 2017, Maj (Rtd) Gen Neil Dias embarked on a new professional chapter, joining "Secure Security & Investigations (Pvt) Ltd" as a Director. Leveraging his extensive experience and strategic insights, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and ensuring the provision of top-notch security and investigation services.

In his role as Administrative Director, Mr. Wickramage efficiently oversees the entire office's functioning, managing daily transactions and ensuring smooth operations. His meticulous attention to detail extends to monitoring and processing all statutory payments for employees, as well as handling various pay-related matters. Mr. Hemal Chirath, a dynamic individual, serves as the Company Director at Secure Security. Having earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management BSc (Hons) from Brunel University London and a Master's in Business (Mbus) from Monash University in Melbourne, Dinul is well-equipped with the knowledge and expertise to excel in his role.

Maj (Rtd) Anil Kulasuriya, a highly experienced professional in Security Risk Management, served as the Head of Security at Shell Gas Corporation from 2001 to 2010. With a subsequent role as the Country Security Officer at Unilever Sri Lanka, he applied his extensive knowledge and skills to adeptly manage security operations and mitigate risks in a corporate setting.

During his tenure at Unilever Sri Lanka, Anil Kulasuriya demonstrated a steadfast commitment to maintaining a secure environment for the company and its employees. Currently, he holds the position of Security Consultant at Secure Security, assuming this role in 2021. In this capacity, he plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of compliance, audits, and security risk assessments.

Saman Thilakarathne, an accomplished Marketing Manager, brings a wealth of experience to the field. Since joining Secure Security in 2002, Saman has played a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing efforts, significantly contributing to its success. Holding a Diploma in Marketing from SLIM (Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Financial Administration from the Chartered Institute of Accountants in Sri Lanka, Saman's strong educational background complements his professional expertise.

Harsha Nanayakkara, a seasoned Human Resources Manager, boasts a rich professional background. Since 2002, Harsha has played a vital role at Secure Security, a renowned security services company. Armed with a Diploma in HRM from Oxford College of Business, Harsha has cultivated a robust foundation in human resource management.

Throughout their career, Harsha has showcased exceptional expertise in talent acquisition, conducting interviews for over 15,000 candidates. With a keen eye for identifying top talent and ensuring the right organizational fit, Harsha excels not only in recruitment but also in adeptly handling employee grievances. Harsha provides a supportive environment for conflict resolution and actively contributes to fostering a positive work culture.

Kalinga Hewageeganage, the primary Training Manager at SSI, joined Secure Security in 2021, bringing extensive experience from his previous role as a Warrant Officer in the Sri Lanka Air Force. Dedicated to 25 years of service in the Regular Air Force from February 1981 to February 2006, Kalinga underwent specialized training to enhance his skills. He successfully completed the advanced Drill Instructor Course at the Royal Military Academy in the United Kingdom.

In addition to specialized military training, Kalinga received advanced training in firefighting, safety, and rescue techniques conducted by the Sri Lanka Air Force. Professionally, he holds a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, specializing in ISO 45001:2018 ‘Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Management System' and 'Construction Safety & Health' from Allison's Training Academy.
